We can't wait for our second beef pre sale event at 2:00pm on September 28th!

This event is hosted in partnership with Delmonico's Heritage Butcher Shop, a local friendly staple for high quality cuts and processing.

Join us to learn about our options for choice beef, while getting to know us and our farm. Enjoy a delicious meal by Butcher Brian from Delmonico's, which will include brisket, wine, and more. This time we will have farm tours, several craft vendors, and live music for your enjoyment.
