Frequently Asked Questions

Our chickens are free range and fed a high protein pellet. They are happy, some might even say spoiled, chickens. Our cows are rotated through our pastures and are fed hay from our own fields with sweet feed as an occasional treat. We name each one of them and are personally involved in all of our calf deliveries, bottle feeding if needed, and general cow health.

We grow hay and pasture grass.

Our eggs are available year round. Our beef, hay, and produce are seasonal. Beef is dependent on age and readiness of cattle. Hay is dependent on crop yields. Typically cattle is available spring and fall, and hay is available during mid to late summer.
